RM Murali commenced his career at Messrs Kandiah Partnership focussing on General Civil Litigation and in 2012 he moved on to Messrs Muhendaran Sri a firm specialising in Industrial Relations, Employment and Labour Laws. At Messrs Muhendaran Sri, RM Murali handled mainly employees claim at the Industrial Court and Labour Court.

In 2013, RM Murali was invited by Mr A.Ramadass to join his firm Ramadass & Associates and has since served as an Associate and later a Partner. At Ramadass & Associates, RM Murali handled exclusively employers in defending claims in the area of Industrial Relations, Employment and Labour Laws brought about by dismissed employees and Union. RM Murali handles IR and Labour cases at the Industrial Court, Labour Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. In addition to IR and Labour Cases, RM Murali also handles all Civil Litigation cases at Ramadass & Associates.

Some of RM Murali’s key client over the years has been Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Bureau Veritas (M) Sdn Bhd, Ambank, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Etiqa Insurance Berhad, Pacific Insurance Berhad, KL Kepong Berhad and its subsidiaries, MSM International Loss Adjusters Sdn Bhd, University College Yayasan Pahang, Perodua Engine Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Tasco Berhad, UDA Holdings Berhad, TT Dot Com Sdn Bhd (Time Telekom) and various other local and foreign corporations.
